Colton T. Karpus, Esq., MBA
The firm’s founder and Managing Partner Colton Karpus is a seasoned litigator with experience handling matters before the New Jersey Superior Court and New Jersey Appellate Court.
Mr. Karpus gained extensive experience litigating commercial disputes and insurance defense matters for a large regional firm. He then went on to utilize his MBA as Vice-President and eventually Chief Executive Officer of a national distributor of stainless steel. In these two roles, Mr. Karpus saw the intersection of legal advocacy and practical, business principles. Mr. Karpus grounds his Business & Commercial Law practice in the belief that successful representation can only be achieved by combining legal advocacy with sound business analysis.
Mr. Karpus believes that all parties deserve competent and zealous legal representation. He will work tirelessly to ensure that your matter receives diligent attention and superior legal representation.
